Parameters

fileOut String: Name of output file to be created or overwritten
fileIn String: Name of input file
key Byte: Key of exactly 32 bytes (256 bits)
mode Mode: Cipher Mode
iv Byte: IV of exactly 16 bytes or null/Nothing for ECB mode
advOptions CipherFileOption: Advanced options. See CipherFileOption.

Return Value

Int32
Zero (0) if successful; otherwise it returns a nonzero error code

Remarks

fileOut and fileIn must not be the same
